Vacapps Apartments - Leipzig

We loved the spacious and well-equipped apartment that was recently renovated with quality appliances. The location was superb with close proximity to trams and market, making it easy to access the city centre. The private parking lot and community garden added to our enjoyable stay. The friendly staff and excellent WiFi were also major pluses.

The apartments were very comfortable with full kitchen facilities and lovely bathrooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The optional breakfasts offered were huge and excellent value. The apartment was very secure with touch tag access for outside and key access for the apartment. Great for two to three people or a couple with one child.

The Wi-Fi and shower facilities were seriously bad, with the connection barely usable unless you were in one particular apartment where the router was located. The shower facilities were inadequate in one of the apartments.

Staying at this apartment was the best decision I made during my recent trip. Its location is ideal - close to trams, a nearby market and just a short ride to the city center. the room was bright and airy, with great natural light in all corners. the bathroom was clean and equipped with all the essentials. the staff was top-notch, always friendly and helpful. the breakfast exceeded my expectations and had so many options. the view of the community garden and a small park was refreshing.

I was also pleased with the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The apartment had a good location close to a tram stop and a large supermarket. It was also spacious and fully equipped. We enjoyed using the kitchen to cook our own meals during our Christmas stay. the staff was friendly and allowed us to have a late check-out.

The apartment was located on the third floor of the building and there was no lift, which was inconvenient when carrying our luggage. the cleaning was not up to standard as we found dust and hairs from previous guests on the floor and the toilet was not very clean either.
